Terms of Service

1. Introduction
By using SiteIgnite’s services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment Terms
All fees are outlined in your invoice. Payments are due as stated. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension. No refunds for completed work.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide content and information in a timely manner and ensure they have the rights to use any provided materials (images, logos, etc.). Clients must also follow anti-spam laws when using SMS/email tools.

4. Intellectual Property

You own your business content. SiteIgnite retains ownership of custom code, platform, and proprietary tools used in delivering the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

SiteIgnite is not liable for losses from website downtime, third-party issues, or misuse of services.

6. Termination

Either party can terminate services with notice. After termination, access to services and hosting will end. We retain data for 60 days post-termination unless requested otherwise.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
